Brilliance Executive Management is seeking three dedicated Warehouse Attendants to join our team in Kitwe, Zambia. These warehouse attendant  jobs in Kitwe offer a full-time opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse and distribution operations while earning a competitive gross monthly salary of K7,000.

Position Overview

The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting seamless warehouse functions by maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and safeguarding stock integrity. This is an urgent recruitment for three full-time positions based in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Attendant  Jobs in Kitwe

  • Record and file Proof of Delivery (POD) documents according to delivery routes and schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with missing or unprinted waybills, obtaining authorization prior to reprinting.
  • Schedule delivery appointments with major retail stores to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor PODs for errors, promptly addressing discrepancies before deliveries are made.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries related to deliveries and returns.
  • Ensure printers are operational and troubleshoot technical issues without delay.
  • Prepare and update daily delivery load sheets, including accurate details of drivers, assistants, and load weights.
  • Process customer returns and collections in a timely manner.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, integrity, and security within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to ISO 9002 standards, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.
  • Follow company policies and operational procedures, resolving daily customer and operational queries efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate is required.
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in stores or warehouse management.
  • Physical fitness is essential, including the ability to lift items as needed.
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is mandatory.
