Goldenlay Agri Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Stores Person to join our team in Luanshya, Copperbelt Province. Position Overview

As a Stores Person at Goldenlay Agri Limited, you will play a critical role in managing stock and supporting purchasing operations within our organization. This full-time position demands attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain efficient stock control and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and manage store issues promptly
  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies or variances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and generate relevant reports
  • Support the purchasing department by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Stores Management, Purchasing & Supply, or a related field
  • Proven experience in purchasing or stores management, preferably within the poultry industry
  • Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management principles
  • Familiarity with SAGE Evolution Accounting software is highly advantageous
