Available Positions and Candidate Requirements

Waiters

The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic to provide exceptional dining experiences.

  • Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities
  • Accurate order-taking and professional table service techniques
  • Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Reliability, presentable appearance, and willingness to work shifts
  • Previous waiter experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Kitchen Operations Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to lead and manage our kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Relevant culinary or hospitality qualification
  • Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits, including English and Mathematics
  • Certified food safety training
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
  • Oversee menu planning, costing, stock management, and waste control

Stores Officer – Entry Level

This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in procurement and supply chain management.

  • Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits, including English and Mathematics
  • Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Stores Management, or related field
  • Registered or student member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming deliveries
  • Securely store and issue stock items
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct regular stock counts
