About the Role: Lodge Assistant Manager  Jobs in Lusaka

As the Lodge Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily lodge operations, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in hospitality is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position within the hospitality sector
