Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, highly organized, and a strong people manager with proven experience in managing both restaurant and bar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory for food and beverages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support in menu planning, promotions, and event execution
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the venue
- Handle cash-ups, reporting, and basic administrative duties
- Work closely with management to improve service delivery and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant and bar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
