    Soonjust Logistics Zambia Limited is a dynamic and growing logistics company committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

    Operations Assistant (3 Positions)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities.
    • Support transport and logistics planning and execution.
    • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is an added advantage.
    • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Valid practicing license from the relevant professional body (where applicable).

     

    General Requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
